2003 A6 1.9 TDI 130 PD 160K.
I recently replaced a perished coolant hose that passes near (underneath) the tandem pump. It was so badly perished (melted away!!!) it looked like diesel was to blame. On investigation like there is a weep from the tandem pump but it does not affect performance.
Can the pump be repaired with new gaskets or is a new pump on the cards?
