hi everyone
had coilovers fitted a while ago, and ever since i've had clunking rear suspension.
there is a lot of movement there and very loud clunks.
told that this could be my top mount bushes? :S i wouldn't know myself!
any ideas?
kept the same bushes from my old suspension, and that never made a sound when fitted.
if its likely to be my top mount bushes, does anyone know where to get them from?
thanks! :)

Get top mount bushes from Audi dealer. You might be genuinely surprised at the price. Personally I'd always fit new bushes if fitting a new spring or strut.;)

Difficult to tell. The rear suspension isn't as complicated as the front. There are ARB bushes on the rear that could be worn that could account for any clunks. A visual inspection will identify if the rubber has deteriorated. If in doubt - replace. ;)

have you spaced out the lower mount properly ?
on mine i had an elongated lower bush on the stock damper.
i had to cut the elongated bit off and use this to pack out my coilover lower bush as otherwise it would have clonked about as the opening in the arm is bigger than the new bush.
other than that your coilover unit could be hitting the wheel/fuel filler/arch liner.
