confusion over headlight bulbs

I am looking to upgrade the bulbs on my 2004 A4 Avant estate as the standard ones are pants. I have read a load of posts on here and think I have found answers to my questions but want to be sure before buying...

I have the standard light units fitted and am not looking to upgrade them, only the bulbs. I am looking at getting the Osram nightbreaker H7 bulbs (55W, 12V, bulb base PX26d). Am I right in thinking I will require 2 sets of these, one set for High beam and one for low beam? Also have I made a correct choice in bulbs?

I found the fitting instructions so will look through them also.

I put nightbreakers on mine thinking my ones were pants too.

Turned out the plonker who owned it be for me bent the bulbs trying to replace them.

You need to remove the head lamp completely to change the bulbs.

To make matters worse he then monkey'd around with the angles and hight settings trying to compensate for the bent bulbs:aargh4:.
