Hi
I have searched the forum for a guide on sensor locations (2001 1.8T) to no avail.
When i start the car from cold the temperature alarm sounds and the dash warning light flashes. 30 seconds later all is well and the alarm silences and the light goes out. Its then fine for the rest of the day till its cold again. Odd!
All levels are fine so i guess its the sensor but i don't know where it is - i see some others have asked with no luck but i thought it was worth one last go.....

PS - its done 245000 so far and going strong!
