I have a 1996 1.8 A4. I have been driving it all summer will no real issues. As its been raining I have had to use the blower for cool air to stop the windscreen misting up.
I have noticed when the blower is on and I come to a sudden halt the revs are very erratic and take a while to settle. It doesn't happen every time but it only seems to happen when the blower is on.
Is this a MAF problem and will it need replacing?
