2009 Audi A4 xenon headlight problem

Hi,

I have a 59 Audi A4 S-line.

My problem is that the xenon headlights are not levelling properly, the passenger side one is now always much lower (pointing towards the ground) and the driver one is pointing straight ahead. You can easily see there is a large difference between by shining the lights on the garage door.

I'm sure they always used to be perfectly level and it has recently change.

When the engine is switched on, the lights have always both dipped and raised again. They still do this, but the passenger side one ends much lower down than the driver's.

Does anybody know what the problem is? Do I need to take the car to the dealer?

Although I confess I don't know the cause, a dealer has to be the 1st port of call surely.
Your car is still under warranty so don't waste your time or give them any excuse to say it's been tampered with.

Does anybody know what could be causing this? Had anyone heard of it before?
