Hi, can anyone advise on what offset to go for when buying some new 18" rims.
The ones that are on the car at the mo (bought on sat), make the wheels stick out just that little bit too far, meaning when going over bumpy surfaces, especially with load in the back, the wheel arches are catching the top of the tyre.
Not sure what offset is on the ones that are on at the moment, but been in to a tyre place this morning and the guy reckons they are 30-35. Car is going into the audi dealers on Fri for a health check, so gonna ask them to check out and advise as well.
Bloke I bought the car off reckons the wheels were on it when he bought it, but they are the RS4 style and I'm not sure that these would have been fitted to the car from new....even as an added extra !
