Brake discs and pads for A4 3.0TDI Qtro 2008

Sorry for such a mundane post - but I need new disks and pads on the car all round (50k miles in 2 years) and I really don't fancy getting the dealer to charge me for the privellege of fitting them.

Looking at online parts places there seem to be two sizes of disk for both the front and rear and I'm not sure which I need. Tried to measure but without taking the disks off its a bit hit and miss.

Can anyone help?

I bought a service disk off eBay but the seller mis-advertised as up to 2009 when its actually only to 2006... ho hum.


Any help appreciated. Part numbers for disks and pads would be superb or just the sizes of the front and rear disks. Fronts are vented, rears are solid if that helps.

these are genuine parts
all prices are plus vat and if you do decide to get them from VAG get them to check the part numbers with your reg number

Hmm. :confused: They look remarkably like A4 B7 part numbers (2005-2008)

I think Adams car is a B8.
I would expect the part numbers to start 8K0615301..? , 8K0698151.?

Probably a bit late but maybe for future reference.

We are talking about your B8 A4? (2008-)

The only reason I ask is that the discs on the back should most definitely be vented. All B8 A4s are fitted with vented discs, even the 120ps 1.8 petrol.
