Why no 170 tdi in range ?

Why would anyone want a TDi, its a sporty coupe, so should only run on petrol.

When you say "people who want the benefits of diesel", did you mean "tight" (haha).
I use both, petrol in my Scirocco & diesel in my daily drive, I just don't think the diesel engine works particularly well in a sports coupe.

Lol. I was really thinking of company car owners. The tax will be cheaper and with the miles they will likely do it will cost less to run. Both big benefits to a car that you will never actually own imo.
