Is it a slow news day? I'm sure that the owners of these cars are used to getting parking tickets. If you own a car like this, paying £70 to park outside your local corner shop is quite reasonable, and they probably have staff to pop out 30 minutes before they've finished shopping to pay the clamper to remove it.
