Audi Bradford gave me a 2010 model as a courtesy car whilst replacing the ball joint on my 2008 B8 2.0TDi. Some differences I've noted:

1. Lighter Steering - suspect this is active steering, feels like driving on snow!
2. Overall Build - Doesn't feel as solid, doors don't clunk as well, sun visors feel flimsier.
3. Sat Nav & Software- 3D type is really cool, also bluetooth connectivity is better, general software (eg: temperature controls screens) are much slicker

Can I get this on my 2008 B8 in an update?

the steering will be the dynamic option
the build quality is the same
if you are refering to mmi 3g then you can at some exspense retro fit to replace mmi 2g

Depends where/how you source the parts you need. (new vs. secondhand etc)

You'll be over 1k+fitting costs.
