Wipers won't work

Hi,

I have an 04 Caddy (Golf underneath)

My front wipers and front washers don't work

My rear does.

Any suggestions where to look.

Power at the wiper motor, but not sure about fuses as I think some may have been borrowed.

Are any components popular, switch? motor?

I think I heard that the front wipers won't work if the bonnet is open (or the car thinks it is open). Perhaps worth checking the bonnet/bonnet switch.
