turnkey and leather interior

:confused: iv just had an email from a guy in portugal ref a V6 engine iv got for sale on e.bay asking me is it turn key surely all motors start with a key or am i missing something here. :D also iv just bought a complete full leather interior off e.bay for £102 bargain or what and its in A1 condition from an S2 only drawback is iv got to drive to Preston Lancs to collect it.still a good deal though.

by turnkey, he means does it include everything, i.e. is it a complete engine, ready to drop in, connect up and turn the key to start. this usually means manifolds, starter, alternator etc. basically a complete engine with nothing removed.
