I have an Audi A6 53 Reg. When I put the wipers on in the dry the blades go across the screen very smoothly. When there is rain on the screen or I use the washers sometimes the wipers drag/judder as they go across the screen. This happpens passanger and driver side. Different car speeds or wiper speeds do not make a difference. This has started since the wipers were replaced (Halfords). Has anyone else experienced this problem and how was it solved?

Clean the screen and the blades with meths, really well, then clean again with screenwash neat and rinse well. Regards Peter
Had a similar problem and replaced blades with the correct ones for the car Turned out they were by far the most expensive but fixed the problem

I had judder problem with mine when speed over 120mph.
Lesser speeds were no problems. And these were original (but a bit old) audi blades.
Bought new low profile style from ebay and no more problems. At any speed.
Regards.

:yikes: 120mph? In the wet?? Were you by any chance being followed by a convoy of cars with blue flashing lights on top? ;):D

You'll never see such flashing lights following you (because of speed) on some motorways in Germany.
Yes, it was raining (not heavy), and only the juddering was keeping me driving at about 110, but when overtaking I had to go over 120.
These are fantastic cars.
In the dry I had 135mph and it felt like there was still plenty of power left to go higher.
I just stopped (kept it) there.
Drive it with 135 and it feels nothing wrong.
Regards.
