re ticking hazard relay?

Hi Ive got a 52 plate alhambra diesel, just noticed a fault with the hazards and indicators, You can here a ticking noise coming from the fusebox area, with the hazards off the heated front screen switch flashes with the ticking if you press the hazards to the on position they don't work but it takes the flashing of the heateds creen switch, also i noticed the door light under the dash flashes with the ticking as well, Can anybody shed some light and how do i get at the relas behind the fusebox?
