Sharan wheelchair adapted

Hi guys i am new to this forum and new to VWs so hopeing you could give a helping hand?

I am looking for a wheelchair adapted vw sharan diesel that is registered after 01/04/2000 ideally w,x or y reg (may consider newer) must be converted by Automotive in Newcastle upon Tyne anyone know of any for sale or point me in the right direction maybe someone on the forum has one that they would like to sell???
