Hi my friend just bought an 2002 a3 tdi (130 bhp ASZ).
he's had a bit of trouble with a few bits and pieces that have been almost fixed under warrenty from the garage he bought it from and asked me to do a scan and clear the errors it's picked up so he can see whats still wrong with it.
Here are the results after first clearing then going for a drive and re-scanning.

The only noticeable effect of these codes may be: esp button has no effect (no change on the dash, wheelspinning when taking off fast) and the backlighting on the climate control is not working.
Also on a side note, I myself have a 2001 golf tdi 130 and on my dash displays mpg and other good stuff yet his dash does not. Is this alterable with VAG-COM? or am i just dim?

rescanned this controller a few times and got various results like sometimes it came up with crazy non ASCI symbols and failed to connect. sometimes found no fault.
