Air Suspension Error: one off: what thoughts

had an Air Suspension error yesterday, but it was gone when I used the Q7 later in the day.
No driving symptoms, and the Q7 has an easy life:

Did the error appear on the dashboard? Also did you notice a difference while driving the car.

No symptoms. Message appeared on drivers digital display.
Audi said leave it see if anything develops. Might be nothing. Have warranty until July...

I would have it checked out. I had the same kind of behaviour when I just got the car...turned out to be a faulty air suspension chipset.

Is it possible the battery charge was low? That’s the only time I’ve seen strange warnings that never reappeared.

Hmmm interesting. I had a similar issue. Turned out the pipes coming out of the compressor under the car at the rear passenger side had chafed.

Symptoms were the car would be fine then about 20 mins later the alert would come up on the dash. Turned the car of and back on again it was fine. This happens for a couple of days then had a complete failure. Had to call Audi assist out. Car got towed back to the dealers. This happened after the car was a year old. There was apparently a repair kit for it. It was covered under warranty and fixed within a couple of days

Thanks for posting the photos. Where were the Chafed pipes. I don't think I have that problem, as the car remains level when unattended, but it would be good to know. I did 250,000Km in a VW phaeton with broadly similar Air Suspension and never had a problem, so hopefully this was just a gremlin.

However I will have it checked out before the warranty ends.
