Hi guys, does anyone know if the 2015 S8 has launch control? i have tried the following: deactivate traction control, put it in dynamic and left foot on brake and right on gas, but as soon as I take off my foot from the gas, the rev drops

No, what I meant is that the rev don't stay at a certain rpm (as ai saw in one video it stays at around 2.4k rpm), as soon as i press more gass it goes above 3k rpm

So I just press the gas until the end ? And the computer will hold the revs at 2.5 k ? This is the part that I don't get. Or do I slowly build up the throttle ?

Just plant the throttle and the car will hold it just before 3k.
