I have just bought a 2016 Q7 and it has adaptive lights, what I can't work out, is if it's possible to set the lights for driving on the right, when I drive it on the continent, or if I will need stickers to avoid dazzling oncoming drivers. Anybody know?

You don't have to change the lights in a setting anymore. The car automatically know via navigation and changes the lighting to suit. Clever stuff.

I think it is in the manual somewhere

Thanks both. Just had a look at a couple of videos on Matrix Lighting. It has a Technology Pack and a Dynamic Pack, plus a mention of Adaptive Lights, I just couldn't work out how it worked.
