Hi I’ve currently got a 2014 a6 ultra with S tronic gearbox. It has the standard steering wheel as attached. I was just wondering if any flat bottomed steering wheel from a a3/4 etc will fit on and will the old airbag just transfer onto the new wheel or will I need a airbag to match? Thanks in advance guys.IMG_0844.JPG

You will need to change the airbag as well as the fbsw's have a different fitting system.

Thanks for that mate, I’m hoping to get one from a 2014 a3 if I can. Obviously just depends on price I’ve seen them on eBay for anything between £200 and £700...?

I paid £400 for mine but it came with airbag as well. The paddles were better too IMO. Picture attached for attention

Cheers Devilz, they do look a lot better both the wheel and the paddles. Any idea what it came off? (Model/year)

Hi there. That looks great. Glad to know it can be done. Can i just check if the steeri g wheel controls also work and did any wiring need to be changed or is it a simple plug and play?

Nice one. My brother has a 2013 Black edition and just needed this to finish it off. I'll let him know. Thanks
