This damage caused by the air freshener has really upset me.

I've tried so many salvage people but noone has the panels available and Audi want a fortune for new ones.

Anyone know a place where I can source these for a Black Interior on a 2002 A4 Avant.

    Wow that is quite severe.

Are the manufacturers of the air thing at all interested in what has happened?

As for parts, there's a fair few A4s being broken on ebay daily. Motorsinmotion have a standby/wanted list I think.

Considering selling my VCDS KEY-USB interface. If you're interested please contact me via PM or email.

I've filled in a complaint on the ambi pur website for what it's worth. How do go about chasing these companies who's products produce these reactions?

I guess you find out who owns Ambi-Pur (no idea if it's a brand of a company or a company in itself) and send a recorded letter to their big boss.

    Include those photographs above too.

That's bad, how long did that damage take to occur?

I'd really push Ambi-Pur about it, unless they've got a warning notice on the box when you buy it I think you'll have a good case for getting something out of them.
Maybe you should consider Watchdog as well? Visual damage like that makes good TV.

Its a Brand of Sara Lee....I thought they made cakes?!!!

I would be on the phone and writing numerous letters of complaint, you have pictures showing correct installation so i think they should fix it.
