Hi new to this, and in desperate need of help my 2001 audi a6 2.4 wont start just keeps turning over , had local auto electrician and has gave me the following diagnostic trouble codes all related to central locking
01371 alarm via door contact switch drivers side
01572 alarm via door contact switch passenger side
    01374 alarm via terminal 15
    01370 alarm via interior scanning
    01369 alarm via bonnet switch
01368 alarm via luggage compartment switch
01559 drivers door deadlock does not engage

car was parked in the garage one night and just wont start since, i cant understand how all the above would fail , any help would be great , as auto elect couldnt reset suggested i contact audi who want £89.50 per hour
    thanks
    Craig

Well it looks like every input to the alarm is seen as faulty. All those going faulty at the same time seems unlikely.

As I read your post, you say he tried clearing the faults and they didn't. If this is the case I would be inspecting the lack of Terminal 15, your code 01374. This could well point to a lack of ignition supply. Maybe the ignition supply from the key switch isn't there. Or maybe the alarm has died, immobilising the engine.

Were there no codes in the engine management? I would have thought a lack of ign15 would have been flagged in the ecu.

I think you need to find a diagnostic specialist, not only to read the codes but to understand what the codes may point to.
