My golf 110 tdi is down on power.

    My questions are:

The ecu light is the glowplug light right?

Shouldnt it come on when I unplug the maf? and the map sensor?

Will i have fault codes even if I dont see the ecu light?

    Thanks Aaron

unless the ecu sees something out of range it wont show a light.

my own 110bhp gt tdi didn't show a light but was down on power even with Vag Com at my disposal i had no codes to go at.

ended up changing the air flow meter and the boost control valve at the back of the bulkhead.

seemed to do the trick in my case at least. but it is a common fault.

    regards

    Dave
