I have recently changed my front pads on my 1999 A6 because the wear picture was displayed on the dash along with a solid yellow ABS light, and a flashing red brake light. I placed pads with sensors on. The wires are in good shape and they are hooked up properly. I also checked the fluid and it is good. The problem now is the lights will not go away. Any Ideas?

Sounds more like an abs sensor out of alignment. If you have access to VAG-COM it will confirm.
If you don't have access, you can always post a note for somebody in your area with it
