I don't believe that you can just plug in a cable like that and instead require a box of tricks to do the CD emulation. Myself and many other forum members recommend a Dension unit (look at the manufacturer's site) which you can buy direct from websites online without going through eBay. Alternatively you can get cheaper connect2 units, but the quality of them is not so good both in ease of installation and sound quality.

Google for car audio direct, they sell a lot of stuff direct on their site, sadly not Dension though.
