    The sealey puller is cheaper on ebay, but works perfectly, is your best route as I've used it for clients numerous times & for myself, much safer & doesn't destroy anything, ok maybe I should say, shouldn't destroy anything :P

    Try soaking it in plus gas first then use a wiper arm puller as already suggested. Its probably leaking because the water in there froze and expanded cracking the plastic that its made of. Try using winter screenwash to prevent this in future. Had the same thing happen to my a3 a while back

    The wiper arm is attached with a 13mm nut. This clamps the arm down onto the motor spindle and its a tough seal to break. The solution is either to buy the specific tool or use (if you have one) a ball joint splitter. Works a treat.
