    Default XCarlink interface – 01-02-2015,04:47 PM
    Anyone had any experience of a XCar link ipod interface,just wondering if they are any good?
    A4 B6,A4B7Quattro,MK4 Golf,MK5Golf gone and well forgotten,MK6Golf.

    I have in old car and it worked great. No complaints.

    I found I had it in the A4 cab I just got. It works with our ipod but I can't for the life of me figure out how to actually get it to play. What I mean is if it's plugged in it will randmly play but then if i turn the car off the stereo will instead play one of the cds that's in the changer....In the menu I think it tries to show up as a CD and it doesnt show the actual track titles. Maybe mines duff lol I wont be using it that much as I have a bunch of music on 2gb sd cards behind the screen and that works a treat!
