    Default Golf issue – 20-01-2015,01:01 PM
    Hello everybody. Thanks for letting me join this forum.
    I have an 06 Golf Gttdi. This cold weather seems to have got into my red display on the dash. I have a big frost like tree, across the display?
    Anyone else had this issue/ know how to fix?

    Have you had a look at the manual?? They do list the warning signs there.
    It sounds like a sign for washer fluid low.

    Thanks for your response, I must have worded it wrong however. This seems to be frost damage, not a warning symbol

    Is the temperature there less than 4 c? There is a snow flake warning sign when less than 4.

    ??? the red lcd has a big red smear across it. Not a frost warning

    Oh, sorry. Thought you meant a sign. Maybe the display has failed. I'd suggest taking a photo and adding to this thread.
