What is the best wax for Black Audi at a reasonable price. Got to have good shine that lasts and also repels water.

    Thanks.

Personally, I do two or three coats of Autoglym super resin polish and two coats of Autoglym HD wax. Looks amazing.

Hi. I personally used Valentines wax on my own car, a jazz blue golf 4 and also tried it on my Dads black Jetta, above. The Jetta was washed, dried and then straight on with the wax. I can only imagine the results if she was polished and glazed before the wax went on. I am not a fan of super resin on dark cars, especially black, as in certain light, it looks like it is hologrammed. Valentines have three waxes, the Jetta above was treated with the entry level one. If you are interested, let me know and I will give you the owners info.

    SiRamik from www.cardetailingsheffield.co.uk, www.cardetailingsheffieldyorkshire.com

I used to be a big fan of dodo juice purple haze for the dark cars. Still got over half a tub, bought it in 2009! Such a good product.

But now would not go back from the glasscoats and SiRamik is fantastic for non professional application.
