    Think I've just found my silver bullet...exact same place reported 3 days before. I even compared it with the Long and Lat from my sat nav.

    For this exact reason I try wherever possible to report PotHoles through FixMyStreet rather than reporting it directly to the council - this way you can prove that it has already been reported to the council by someone else!

    Quick update... Council settled in full. Just goes to show if you're in the right the process works.£1770 on its way back.
