    Hello
I have retrofitted a Sonichi dab receiver jn my Golf Mk6 which i use in conjunction with my non dab RNS510. My problem is that when i switch on the ignition, without starting, the signal strength of the signal falls from 100% (15 bars on the strength indicator) to 6 bars. The aerial is in the rear window and switching on the demister does not affect the signal. Can anyone please help or maybe guess at the cause.thanks
    Meirion

Solved with a hint from a post in the Audi forum. It had to be something that powered up with ignition on. The culprit was a Griffon usb converter fitted in the boot 12v socket. Removed this and the signal was back up to 100%.
