    Default Aftermarket GPS SATNAV – 10-11-2014,11:46 PM
    Hi all,
    Have any one tried an aftermarket satnav/ gps unit in Passat b5.5? I have copied two links below as an example. I am not sure if they are any good in terms of voice quality for bluetooth phone connection and gps signals. Any other recommendations will be appreciated.

    I put a similar thing in my Astra many years ago. It was ok but a bit sluggish compared to other satnavs on the market. The gps signal will be fine as long as you mount it fairly high in the car or somewhere that it will get a good signal.
