Am having this problem with my Audi a3 2004 2.0 fsi. The car struggle or take longer to start 3 or 4 tries and sometimes it may not start and drained the battery, it starts well in the morning or after an hour of cooling.
It also sounds like a diesel but it's a petrol engine.
    What might be the problem?

    Scan for faults.
You could try changing the coolant temperature sensor.

Scan for faults and check your oil level.

I keep getting this red indicator of engine oil, but the oil is well filled....
I have scan the car many times, at first it shows lots of faults, but reset it and scan again than the fault disappear. It's even worse now it only start once you put a little bit of petrol on the air outlet, or I don't know what is that part called

What was it scanned with? I suggest getting it to a mechanic and don't drive it just in case.

You need it scanned with Vw/Audi diagnostic called VCDS or try your local dealer. You need to take the car to a VW/Audi specialist for diagnosis.
