Well got up this morning took all the wheels off our new car (2012 2.0 ltr TDi SE) which we've owned for a week now. Fully clayed, polished and wax sealed as they were minging.

Wheels back on, snow foamed, washed and dried. Wife did all the inside including leather treatment on the seats.

Off to get an SD card to download all our songs on to. Might as well pop into the Audi garage as we are out.

Sitting on the forecourt a brand new RS4 with all the toys. Whilst I was speaking to the guy that sold us our car mentioned what a fantastic car that the RS looked.

Fancy a go ????? Well it would be rude not to.

I cannot get over the sound and power couldn't stop laughing. New pants please. After we got back and I saw the 12.5 MPG I happily go back in m diesel.

What a great day. Thank you Matt @ Shrewsbury Audi.

    Hi M1tchy,
Hopefully if next weekend is dry I want to machine polish to get rid of the swirls marks from the previous owner then I can be 100% proud.
The wheels were quite badly scratched, marked on the inside where whoever changed the tires didn't take much care.
The car makes me feel very lucky and proud, can't believe how quiet it is.

Sounds good. I use autoglym super resin polish and then HD wax to rid mine of swirls.

Only ever applied by hand but both look like new. Hers is just under 3 years old and mine is coming upto 1. Not cheap but the best I have found.

PS, Congrats on getting your wife to help!
