Oil Pressure!!!!

Car won't start turns over fine, after about 5 seconds oil pressure warning flashes up (not sure if high or low),
changed oil filter to genuine audi part and castrol edge 5w40 oil

Car still turns over no warning for oil pressure but now clocks are flashing

Waiting for diagnostic monday just wondered if anyone had any ideas

Glow plugs were changed around 3 weeks ago and started beautifully for a few weeks, then oil pressure fault came up intermittently when trying to start

If the engine doesn't fire the oil pressure light will come on so thats normal.

Ahh could this be a dead/low battery? Just reading on here about the engine needing to turn over at a high rpm before ecu will let it start

Ohh btw its a a3 2lt tdi 08 plate

Before i got to your last post i thought battery trouble.....instruments going haywire is a good indication of low battery current. Do a test on battety, but also check leads on battery and earth leads too.
