Intermittent Brake Problems

Oh no, I do hope that you get it sorted out - I can understand your frustration. Having been treated badly in the past by my local Audi dealership, I get so annoyed when you'd think that your car couldn't be in better hands with the Audi "experts" and master technicians?! It seems that you pay for the privilege of being messed around - it becomes a pastime.

Fortunately, it is in their hands to get sorted as it started 4 weeks before my 3 years were up. I just can't understand how they can't fix something like this- it must have happened before. Unfortunately, it is one of those "intermittent" problems which always makes it difficult.

We always use a local VW/Audi independent for work as the dealer is so far away; I only went to them for the service to get this problem looked into.

Well, they just bled the brake again and couldn't find anything. However, all the road testing put it low on fuel so they filled up the tank. They also found a problem with the CV boot (?) and replaced that. All in they must have spent at least £2.5K on this so I'm glad i got it in with 3 days left of the 3 years!
