My hubby stuck an Sline badge on the boot of my car a couple of weeks ago and I want to remove it. What's the best way to do this without damaging the paintwork?

What did he stick it on with? The Audi badges come off when you apply some heat and then either a credit card or dental floss. On my wife's car I removed the rear badges with a hair dryer and floss. Then used tar remover on a cotton pad to apply to the glue residue and gently rubbed that off.

I think it had a peel off on the back to stick it in, I assume it was like a double sided sticky pad. I will have a go at getting it off tomorrow, thanks

A kettle then pull the badge off. Follow that with some more hot water and the glue comes off.
