    Free to download yes but it's paid for by buying and using their official cable.

    I see you now know who actually responded to your original request for help on the other forum.

    Anyway as i've previously said try a scan with genuine, licensed up to date software.

    Don't you mean they need proof the cable is genuine? The link you posted I would hope its genuine at that price £650.

    The software is free so that doesn't matter.

    Uwe said the software was pirated. His blunt approach has certainly made me think twice about buying his products.

    Have you tried downloading and installing the current legal software?
