Customer bought his audi in because it wasnt performing like it should. After DPF removal and a remap.
scanned it with autoboss and came up with boost pressure regulation not reached. I thought hey maybe bad actuator.. Started car looked down actuators working.. Revved the car and bang it seemed to be sticking.. So then i removed actuator (which was fine) then checked the turbo vanes lever. And boy was it stuck! Read up on this afew times *mr muscle oven cleaner the foamy stuff. But i couldnt find any. Soooo i bought cillit bang foamy spray, sprayed it in.. Used a screwdriver to push lever down.. Spray more.. Let it soak.. Kept moving lever till it was free, built it all back, and BANG power back pulling like a train! Just thought id share an experience with you guys
