I'm having trouble determining which noise you are referring to. There is a deep knocking sound and a click. So the best example is when you rev the car at 0:37 you hear a click from the accelerator pedal followed by a knock at 0:38.

If you are referring to the click at 0:37 - this is perfectly normal behaviour from the accelerator pedal - nothing to worry about whatsoever as they all do it. If you the refering to the knock which shortly follows at 0:38 to me that doesn't sound like it is anything to do with the accelerator pedal at all.

The knocks, did that vid a while ago, I think them clicks might have been me holding the camera there. The knocks wont happen if im stationary, I have to be in gear for them to happen, it is less noticeable faster I go

So which noise are you referring to regarding this issue; the click at 0:37 or the knock that shortly follows at 0:38?

I'm in no way knowledgeable mechanical wise but that knock in my opinion is not from the accelerator pedal and I think you should get it checked at a garage as it sounds like it is a mechanical issue.
