I had warranty wise and I can say this for all aftermarket warranties they're a waste of time and money.

Depends on age of car and mileage if just out of manufactures warranty and it has FASH you can go with Audi. If not just save each month and pay if and when the bills come in.
my car is coming up to 3 years old very soon which I got new and I don't think I will bother paying out for extra cover as I'm not sure if I be keeping it or selling it. But it's only done 28k
But I will keep Audi FASH and if their is a problem sometimes Audi gives a goodwill gesture.

Its a 2005 67,000 audi a3. Not sure to keep it or not

Audi won't cover it not sure if people like the AA or RAC would or what their cover is like

if your turbo goes its 300 -500 quid plus fitting. if your gearbox goes its 200 odd quid for used one, plus fitting. if it doesn't go, its free. stick some money away each month or buy a brand new car, but thats expensive. your call.

Me? with that car? at that age? I don't think I would bother with what the warranty will cost be far better putting the money you save into a cookie jar for that rainy day when an injector fails or you need a new flywheel etc.
