From a legal pov, I am obliged to advise of the systems that maybe needed for an mot pass, however what you choose to do is your choice & I've installed for numerous clients & nobody has reported a failure with the 2 systems not fitted, although I always encourage them to fit, so I can fit the headlights without as long as you accept I have advised you of what may happen come mot time.

Id rather have the levellers in as I don't want to be one of those idiots that blinds everyone he drives past! if I do it I will do it properly, plus as you say come MOT time I might regret not doing it properly

We can supply/fit the whole lot, its not cheap, but it gives you peace of mind of not having to find all the correct parts then.
