ETKA/ ELSAWIN Compatibilty for Win 8??

Hi Guys very new on the forum, I have a question Ref ETKA and Elsawin ....does anybody know if there is any programs out in the big bad world that makes it compatable with windows 8... lost everything off my old laptop and my new one is Win8. Help much appreciated

Is this for VW companies only, or can a VW owner have access to the ETKA on-line. I'm in the same position, all my computers and laptops are now Win7 64bit, so my old version of ETKA won't install unless I have a virtual 32bit environment which is just too much hassle ?

I recall there being a pay as you go Joe Public option in the past but I can't remember where I saw that
