Hi,

One thing I'm finding very useful is the ability to use the voice recognition to start playback of an album contained on the MMI jukebox.

i.e 'album <album title>'

Will automatically switch to the jukebox and start playback.

This only works with the jukebox as it categorises based on metadata tags - I can't get it to work with 'unmanaged' music on an sdcard which does make some sense.

Does anyone know or can anyone test if this will work with an ipod connected via AMI? In theory the ipod behaves in the same way as the jukebox and has the albums categorised based on tags - so could in theory start playback via voice control.

The capacity of the MMI jukebox is fairly poor (more in terms of individual tracks / files than total capacity) and an ipod would be worth it over an sdcard if the voice control worked.

Thanks!
