    fuel gauge not working

    i have a 2007 r32 all is good apart from the fuel gauge, it just stays on zero.
    i have tested the cluster with vcds and all the gauges work as they should, the fuel tank is 3/4 full and i have tried another set of sender units and still no joy. can anyone help me with what to try next (wires to test/check etc.).
    below is the dtc list for the instrument cluster
