    Default A4 recall? – 26-09-2011,06:10 PM
    A friend of mine mentioned to me the other day (he has a similar, although manual) 59-plate A4 Avant 2.0tdi s-line that he has had a letter advising of a recall for his car.

    Mine has just had its 2-year service about 1 week ago.

    Does anyone have any further details on the recall and, as mine is due back in next week for a faulty drivers door mirror replacement, should I be checking that the recall was actioned at the service and if not, have it done at the same time?

    What was the recall for? My 59-plate A4 Avant 2.0TFSI s-line was in on Friday for it's 2 year service and nothing was menitoned.
    MY2010 A4 Avant 2.0 TFSI quattro S-line Exec - Aruba Blue, 19" alloys, Full Leather, B & O, 3G Tech Pack, Adaptive Lights, Dynamic Susp, Folding Mirrors, Power tailgate, Storage/Light Packs, Parking Plus, Heated Seats, Rear Blinds, Load Rails, Privacy Glass, Rear Airbags, TPMS, Load Liner

    Gone : 09 A4 Avant, B6 S4, TT, Golf GTi...and the rest are embarassing!

    mine was in a couple of months ago a4 2000tdi 143 sline and i asked about it and they updated the mmi something to do with oil reading???
