Thanks Chris, but they all say you need further discs for versions prior to one after mine

    Hi guys,

Bit of a thread revival here....

I've largely previously ignored the 5570 2G High update threads on the basis that they've alway been on the "too difficult" pile and I thought I needed VCDS, which I now realise I don't. And I have a little time on my hands right now.

Having had a quick look at the list of improvements, given that I don't have bluetooth the best one seemed to be the 3D display option in the Nav.

However....I already have a 3D display option in my Nav. Have I misunderstood something here or is it a "better" 3D display option and is the upgrade therefore worth it? For example would I be able to connect an Android device to the AMI?

I'm a firm believer in "If it ain't broke......" but if there's a good reason for doing it I might give it a go.

    Cheers

    EG
