New Q7 on Order

Hi - new to the forum. Placed an order with local dealer on Saturday for Q& in Sepang blue

Dynamic Pack
Technology Pack
Black Styling pack
leather Package

and a few other little bits

I have one question at the moment - build week was quoted at week 10. I have a order number etc. when should I expect to get the welcome to your audi email to be able to track my vehicle? I assume this takes some time but just wondering what others have experienced.

Have you registered on youraudi? I had my welcome email within a couple of days

Yes - I registered but no welcome email yet. Maybe I'm just being impatient as its only been a couple of days since I completed everything with the dealer.

That's really quick! I wish mine didn't take so long, it was hell waiting 12 or so weeks from order to build week. Congrats

I was pleasantly surprised at the week 10 build when I enquired. I've just come back from living in the states for the last 14 years so factory ordering is a new experience for me!! When is the build week fixed? My detail sheet from the dealer says

Status Code 10 - With Production Week

I think at status 20 which is usually about 4 weeks out. I reckon that would be by the end of this week.

End of this week would seem to line up as I emailed dealer to see about modifying (adding) an option yesterday and he said I basically need to do it by return or it wouldn't be possible

Hi, another newbie here. Ordered 25 Jan and just had an email directing me onto "your Audi" which informs me that my order has been received and construction will start on 13th March. I've no idea how long after this date I'll get the car, is it a long build/delivery process?

Cant help on the timeline between construction start and delivery I'm afraid but interesting you just got the email directing you to "your Audi". I went there but its telling me the order does not match their records. Looks like you were about two weeks from placing order to getting your email!!!

Two weeks from order to being on youraudi is about right.

My build week was 2nd May and I picked the car up on he 21st. Some have taken a bit longer but hopefully it won't be much different for you guys.
