    Hi I am wanting to clean my egr valve out and am pretty sure where it is but would just like somebody to tell me if I am right and how to go about removing it,and do I need new gaskets?

    It is where the right hand silver 'flying saucer' is. (that is the top of it)
    The other one is the turbo, (usually covered with heat shield).
    Alternatively, you can blank it off where the braided pipe meets the aluminium inlet manifold at the bottom of the picture under the socket extension. You can use a gasket as a pattern.

    Hi

    I have managed to crack off 3 of the 4 fixings to remove the EGR I intend to replace. However, how on earth do you loosen the 4th fixing next to the inlet manifold. My fingers don't want to bend the 6 ways needed!! Do I need to bend something or remove something else to get access?
